At the bottom of this screen, you will see a green 'Add Submission' button. Click it and then scroll down the screen until you see a place where you can add text. Make a list of all the items you will need to buy during your next trip to the grocery store to make this delicious meal. You may use a bilingual dictionary. Click on the 'save changes' button when you have finished the list.
